Becoming a Soulful Human Being is based on the premise that one of the ultimate questions in our lives is: “How can I take the next steps in my life to become my best self, to fulfill the calling of my soul?”
This course offers the opportunity to focus on our personal and spiritual growth through the lens of Jewish wisdom. Even 1 hour a week with a good friend can offer the chance to access our inner lives, remind ourselves of what we are seeking, and what our next steps might be. This hour can become a centering experience, a springboard for “becoming” and getting “un-stuck” in our lives and our relationships.
Your Instructor
After many years in the classroom, teaching subjects including Torah, Talmud, prayer, ethics, and interpersonal relationships, Aryeh sought a way to enable students to more deeply engage with Judaism and to explore their spiritual identities. This led him to found Ayeka: Center for Soulful Jewish Education in 2006. Since then, Ayeka has conducted seminars for educators, parents, and individuals, imparting tools for making any Jewish learning personally relevant, meaningful, and life-impacting.
