This session asks - what is my relationship with Torah and what small step can I take to deepen that relationship? Though this session is intended for Simchat Torah, it's suitable also for Sukkot. This session and the other 9 Sukkot sessions can be used in preparation for the holiday or during the holiday itself (it is 7 days long, after all!).
The session is meant to be used between you and someone else: a close friend, a life partner or spouse, a child or a parent. Grow spiritually, connect o the holiday and invest in one of your valued relationships.
The session is about 60 minutes long and can be used in a sukkah, o your couch, at your kitchen table, at a coffee shop, in a park or anywhere else.
After many years in the classroom, teaching subjects including Torah, Talmud, prayer, ethics, and interpersonal relationships, Aryeh sought a way to enable students to more deeply engage with Judaism and to explore their spiritual identities. This led him to found Ayeka: Center for Soulful Jewish Education in 2006. Since then, Ayeka has conducted seminars for educators, parents, and individuals, imparting tools for making any Jewish learning personally relevant, meaningful, and life-impacting.
