This is session #10 of the longer 10-session Becoming a Soulful Human Being series. The series is based on the premise that one of the ultimate questions in our lives is: “How can I take the next steps in my life to become my best self, to fulfill the calling of my soul?”
The full 10-session course offers the opportunity to focus on our personal and spiritual growth through the lens of Jewish wisdom. Even 1 hour a week with a good friend can offer the chance to access our inner lives, remind ourselves of what we are seeking, and what our next steps might be. This hour can become a centering experience, a springboard for “becoming” and getting “un-stuck” in our lives and our relationships.
This session highlights changes that you experienced during the course (this session does not work as a stand-alone session and must follow at least 2 of the other standalone sessions for the longer 10-session course).
After many years in the classroom, teaching subjects including Torah, Talmud, prayer, ethics, and interpersonal relationships, Aryeh sought a way to enable students to more deeply engage with Judaism and to explore their spiritual identities. This led him to found Ayeka: Center for Soulful Jewish Education in 2006. Since then, Ayeka has conducted seminars for educators, parents, and individuals, imparting tools for making any Jewish learning personally relevant, meaningful, and life-impacting.
