Sukkot: Becoming Unafraid

60 min | How do I cope with uncertainty and insecurity in my life?

This session asks - how do I cope with uncertainty and insecurity in my life? How dependent am I on the comforts of my life, and can I move past them? This session and the other 9 Sukkot sessions can be used in preparation for the holiday or during the holiday itself (it is 7 days long, after all!).

The session is meant to be used between you and someone else: a close friend, a life partner or spouse, a child or a parent. Grow spiritually, connect to the holiday and invest in one of your valued relationships.

The session is about 60 minutes long and can be used on your couch, at your kitchen table, at a coffee shop, in a park or anywhere else.
Happy learning!
